Women's health question.?

My boyfriend says I taste very salty, so I was wondering what I could do to prevent that. Should I watch my sodium intake more carefully? Or could it be natural? I don't have anyone else's opinion about it.

Really I am just looking for a little advise or some tips to help me get rid of this problem.

It could be you need to cut back on your salt intake, or you are not drinking enough fluids. Or a combinatation of the two.

My husband says I always taste sweet, and I like sweets, so I guess it's true what they say, "you are what you eat" lol

A salty taste is not considered abnormal. It is normal for many women. You can try altering your diet and see if this helps, but it might just be the way you are..

do you eat alot of fast food? becuase with men, if they eat a fatty diet they have nasty salty sperm, but if they eat pinapple its sweet tasteing. Trust me it works. So for women, i might suggest the same but i would eat healthier and eat pinapple! google it too.

You may perspire more than his ex-GF. Usually the sweat on the skin makes you taste salty. If nobody else tells you that you taste salty, then it is not your problem. You don't have to change because you are different from his ex-GF. It is better than having body odour.(Ha ha)
