Women's Health Question??

Well, Im 13 and im going on holiday this sunday and my period should come on sometime in that week.
I want to swim and be active while im there, and i don't wanna be lazy.
its just me and my dad on this holiday, i want to stop my period but i duno how i can stop it without using a tampon?
I don't know how to use a tampon?
And is there any other ways i can stop my period for a while at my age?

but she kinda is on a work due/holiday thing

there is really no way to 'stop your period'

tampons are easily to use and they come with directions

talk to your mom about using a tampon

when i was your age my mom didn't want me to use tampons but now that's really all i use
they are great!

You can't really stop it. tampons aren't that bad at all. You could just use them while you are swimming if you don't want to wear them all of the time. You could as your mother, or family member how to use them or ask your doctor. there are directions on the box. Good luck

as the person before me said, there is no way to stop your period. your safest bet is tampons. theyre comfortable and easy to use. maybe get slim or junior size ones so theyre easier to use.

At your age you can't stop it sorry honey lol
But tampons are pretty easy to use. I started to use them actually at your age.

It sounds hard but it isn't
There are three holes chicks have down there,
first really little one for peeing
second one is for reperducing
third is for crapping lol
the one in the middle is where you stick it in and you slide da plasic top in (opposite side of string) and push in until it's in the pull the string so plastic comes off. It'll feel a little uncomfortable first time but they help.

there is no way to stop it, there should be instructions on the tampon box to show you how to use them..,.but there is no other way that you can stop it. believe me ive been havin mine for 4 years now.
