Can you get WHIPLASH from Vomiting?

I had stomach flu two days ago, and am now experiencing whiplash symptoms. It is more than likely whiplash, just wondering if anyone else has had the same thing as me? I had unexpected vomiting projectile. Then dry heaving for two hours after i vomited all of my bile. I know this is gross, but its life and I cannot find any where on line where it says whiplash is common after stomach flu virus.

i dont think you can get whiplash from the flu but i know for a fact if you sneeze too hard and fly backward and slam your head on a wall you can get whiplash

You have to be thrown pretty hard to get whiplash. You probably just ache from having the flu. I can make you hurt even in your feet.
