Whiplash......?

Ok, I got whiplash on my back from a car accident. Other than going to the doctor/chiropractor, what can I do to treat this injury?

when i say whiplash on my back i mean the injury is sustained in my back, unlike sustaining it in the neck area. Whiplash is also the injury sustained when your muscles are inflamed and/or sprained.

If you are looking for anything other than doctor/chiropractor, then the only thing would be to stay in bed for a few days until you heal. Although I really don't suggest it.

I would not go to a doctor. All they want to do is cut you open and fix you that way. I have had awesome luck with a chiropractor though. You may want to ask friends if they know one that they highly recommend. Mine made me feel about 80% better after just the first visit and 100% by the third. Totally amazing.

Whatever you decide on, I wish you the very best. It sucks to be in pain and not be able to fix it with regular pain killers. Good luck :o)
