Whiplash? I feel outside Mc donalds on tuesday....?

So I fell because they didn't put salt down and I sleeped on ice, I didn't go back in and make a report because I was in rush to get back to work. So I thought I was fine till yesterday. My palm has a bruise on it I have a huge bruise on my right butt check and the left side of my neck has been hurting. Could it be whiplash? How would I know? and I'm I totally screwed with any Hospital bills (if I have to go) because I didn't fill out a report?
