When does whiplash show up after an accident? |
Was told that sometimes whiplash makes its appearance a couple days after an accident. Sometimes shows up in a few weeks. Sometimes not for a few months. Is this true? Muscle injuries sometimes take a long time to present themselves. For instance-your first day back on the slopes in December (or February if you live in Canada and there's no stinking snow) feels great until the next morning when you can't even move...same sort of idea. Also, adrenaline could potentially keep you from feeling it-accidents are exciting things. I'm not sure, it can be right then or two weeks later. It depends, I got mine about 3 days after my crash. You should try going to a massage therapist. Mine showede up 20 minutes after my accident and went away 3 weeks later |
