I have this sudden like whiplash pan on my left side of my neck, know what it is? |
Recently I've been having these like "Whiplash" strikes of sudden pain when i suddenly look to the left, like moving my whole head that way, twisting my neck to the left. And it's so sudden, it makes me jolt almost, and they've been getting more frequent. My dad isn't back from his trip yet so i can't call for a doctors appointment till then. But if you could tell me what this is and if you have any suggestions on to make it stop before i turn my views toward a doctor that would be most appreciated! Thank you so much! **Correction** In the question its pain not pan. it could be from a muscle spasm, not sleeping properly or awkward position. i sometimes get them also, it almost feels like I'm pinching something. |
