Do I have Whiplash?

Hi! Uh I have been having weird things going on with my head and I think it might be whiplash but I dont know the symptoms, but I will tell you what is going on.
- Everytime I stand up I get dizzy
- I get really bad headaches out of no where.
- I get sick to my stomache when I stand
- I hurt a lot just standing up

I was messing around with my sister and we listen to screamo and I was "head - banging" and got dizzy after and should I go to the hospital or what? My mom works in the medical field and she says that she doesn't know, well she hasn't suggested anything. If someone could help me from feeling this way it would help a lot!! Thanks!! Oh yeah, I am only 14 so....
