Maybe I slept on it wrong..or its whiplash? |
Either way its very uncomfortable. Last night I went to a fair. My sister warned me about getting whiplash on these rides. I made sure to stay back and relax on the jerky rides..And I was fine until I woke up early this morning sore from my neck to my right shoulder blade. It feels the same as when you sleep on your neck wrong except its mostly in my shoulder blade, my neck is just stiff. When I move it wrong the pain burns all the way around to my ribs. I took 2 tylenol and a muscle relaxer and it feels a little better and doesn't burn that way but the shoulder still aches. I was just wondering what you guys do when you get a kink in your neck or anywhere else. I've heard various answers from friends and family.. do you apply heat or use an ice pack? Put pressure on it or keep pressure off? Rotate it, massage it, take a warm bath? etc. I don't think its serious enough to see a doctor about it. pulled muscles and muscles you are not use to using. Probably whiplash, here's my card. Take a warm bath, then put a hot pad on it. keep taking the tylonol when needed==you most likely were using muscles normally not used during the rides Yah sounds like whiplash I got that one time when I was on the waterslides and my neck like whipped backwards ugh. Try just putting a hot pad on it for most of the day or take advil or something. |
