Can whiplash occur a year after an accident? After a year, it's too late to sue anyone. no! no, you might not feel it fully for 12-24 hours...but that's it... Not as a direct result of the accident, no. If it were directly related to the accident, you would've known right away. You probably slept funny. no, i don't think so. maybe you should go see a chiropractor. NO! Sure. But for some other reason than the accident though. Probably not. I'm not so sure it's whiplash. It might be pain that is just starting to kick in. My advice, depending on how bad it is and if pain increases go see a doctor. no. soft tissue is repaired over a long time, so it you feel a pain long after the crash it is unlikely it has anything to do with it. I doubt it honey. |
