I NEED A ELECTRIC CHAIR THAT WHEN THE POWER GOES I COULD USE IT LIKE A MANUAL WHEELCHAIR Most electric wheelchairs have a switch to make them manual. They just aren't necessarily easy to push. There are also separate motor-systems you can attach to almost any manual wheelchair to make them electric.
