Wheelchair and wieght loss?

I am currently wheelchair bound and I just had a baby 7 weeks ago. (I have RSD which is why I am now in a wheelchair). I would really like to loose weight but I dont know what kind of exercises I can do. I have to eat 6-8 times a day for medications. Any suggestions? I feel alwful about my body and I even wear body slimmers all day (and sometimes night if my fiance' is in bed with me) but I would really like a nice smallish waist and basically a toned upper body.

You have RSD; so you are looking for weight loss program that is not normally found in a regular weight loss magazine. With regards to RSD, you should consult your doctors first before you try anything because your health comes first.

You recently had a baby so you should not have an unrealistic expectation like a body seen on a fitness magazine so soon. Usually breast feeding is one of the best ways for a lactating woman to lose weight faster. (Unless your doctor told you not to breast feed your baby)

For the time being, what you need is a patience and take your time. I cannot begin to comprehend what you are going through right now, but I do wish you the best recovery. People always forget to tell how beautiful mothers are. At least, I am sure your baby finds you the most beautiful mother in the world. :) So don't worry too much about your physique.

The fastest way is to take the alkaline liquid diet.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.
