Could someone in a wheelchair benefit from taking Creatine(muscle builder) ?? |
I am in a wheelchair, from a spinal cord injury. I couldn't feel much in the beginning, and know 10 months later I can walk with assistance. However, most of the day I am wheelchair bound, with the exception of my physical therapy. Could it hurt me in anyway to take muscle builder? Yes, it could...it has been associated with undesireable cardiac effects. |
