Muscles used in wheelchair propulsion? |
I have just begun weight training and would like to know the muscles that play a part in pushing my wheelchair. Greater strength to push myself (especially uphill) would help me greatly. Give sources if you can please. Thanks just work all the muscles in your arms, chest, and shoulders |
