what are some exercises i can do with dumbells to build my pecs and deltoids??? Depending on the weight of the dumbells you can do: If you want to see results do the exercises in the first answer but do them as "Tri-sets" You do 10 reps for each exercise and move on to the next without rest and then stop after you have done all three exercises and thats one set, do three sets of these for what ever muscle group you are working and you'll see results |
