Weight Loss Training and Diet good enough? |
Hello, a while back I posted a question about how to lose weight, I am slowly losing but surely. I just wanted to check with any health nuts or guru's on how my training and diet are. The diet lacks enough protein. You are eating lots of carbohydrates, but you didn't list one good protein source, and there are hardly any healthy fats listed either. If your goal is to see your abdominal muscles, you will have to decrease body fat. Weight training is a great way to do this along with a clean diet. I would suggest putting a bit more effort into the legs. One set won't cut it. At least 2, and if possible 4-6. If you are able to lift the weight you are using twenty times, the weight is not heavy enough to get you to your goal. Diet, of course, is number one. You need a proper consultation with a dietitian and a diet scheme designed esp for you.You can find it on |
