Weight loss / Weight training?

Okay, so most weight loss advisers say weight training is a key element, because increasing muscle mass increases your BMR, etc. After looking at a few random sites, though, I keep hearing that to actually gain muscle from working out, you have to eat more calories than usual. But if I'm trying to lose weight, that's the exact opposite of what I'm doing! So is weight training beneficial at all if you're eating a reduced amount of calories?

Thanks!

I have not found weight training to be the key to weight loss. If you want to lose weight there is a great product Healthslim, all natural, Dr. approved with no side effects. Healthslim literally dissolves fat at the cellular level so you lose inches and pounds. They even guarantee you will lose 20 pounds in 30 days or it is free! If you want to work out or do sports as you are losing weight so much the better, but weight training is not the only key to weight loss. 97% of the people who use Healthslim report successful weight loss. The pictures and testimonials on Healthslim will confirm that as well. I get Healthslim from www.after40weightloss.com although Healthslim is for all ages.
