Weight training, weight loss etc..?


What would do if u were this person? (weight training, weight loss etc...)?

im 17, 63 kilograms and 173cm. people have complained that im too skinny, but i dont think so, the only thing is that i have big lower body. and my stomach is shaped wierdly, like it caves in as you look up my torso, i guess i need oblique training... i have recently started doing weights, to try and tone up my arms, chest etc... im only 17 and i wouldnt think im fully developed yet, so im just doing light weights (10kg dumbbell and 20kg bench press). If you were the person in the images, what would you do? dietwise, nutritionwise or trainingwise.
