Weight training question!? |
Ok, i'm 17 years old i'm 200 cm's tall and i weight 195 Ibs. I've just started again down the gym and i wanted to know the best ways for me to gain weight in lean mustle. I'm talking about what to eat, when to eat and when to train basically a whole training and eating routine. Bareing in mind my heigh being very tall its hard for me to put on weight any idea's guys? I've heard eating a baked potato a day will help you gain weight |
