Weight Loss Surgery (lap band)?

I have been researching the lap band. I am 5ft 6in. 33yr. old woman and my weight ranges between 200 and 215 on a regular basis. My BMI is around 33. I tell others that I need to lose betwee 60 and 70 pound. Most find it hard to believe and say I carry my weight well. I have tried ediets, weight watchers, and dieting. My hunger seems to never be satified. I hardly ever feel full no matter how much I eat. I do not want to fat forever and I do not feel that I could loose this weight unless I do have this surgery. I have asthma, high blood pressure and cholesterol, and snore like a bear. This weight is becoming a major health issue. Does anyone have any suggestion or advice for me.

i would save the lapband for the very last.
just try cuting down.id have a very large salad if i were you before each meal .salad doesnt have many calories and you can still get .

I work in plastic surgery, and I don't like what I see with these surgeries. They just don't know enough about the long term effect, I know a lady 41 and has had 3 heartattacks after loosing the weight, Your heart looses weight also.
I say No...........................get serious in your mind and don't think this surgery is the easy way out it is not.
