What is your opinion of weight loss surgery? |
Specifically Lap-Band, but an opinion on any would be great. My ex husband got weight loss surgery. He got the Roux-en-Y gastric bypass. We decided not to go with the Lap band because there is a danger of the band slipping, coming off, etc. Then it causes infections in the body and stuff. He had to get the operation because he had what they call co-morbidities, such as severe sleep apnea, high blood pressure etc. Now he is skinnier than I am and is happy. No complications with him at all. |
