I do. I find it disgusting that anyone, especially at such a young age could be unable to just eat less and exercise more.

Yes I do they should be outside playing running around like I did when I was a kid.

Well it is up to the Parent to watch their children diet.
But if it too late and the child have already gain the weight
and their heatlh is at risk weight loss surgery maybe the
only answer. And Only for health reason but to tie the stomach
a little not cut parts out never know what will happen along the line of life

I know a 5 ft. 0 in. tall woman who was 500 lbs at 18 when she graduated high school. She had bypass surgery at 19 years of age.She would've died without the surgery! No! I do not find it Disgusting for any one to have life saving surgery!

get rid of the video games and send your kid outside to play.
there always been overweight kids, but not as many as now (in America).
Parents buy junk food, video games and let kids get fat making them into couch potatoes.
It is never too late to make your child work that extra pounds off.
But if you notice most overweight kids have overweight parents as well.
Poor diet and luck of physical activities are inherited.
