Weight control!!?


I am trying to keep my weight down and my eatting under control for the summer. For some reason i have these eatting attacks! and i cant stop stuffing my face, it happens alot at night, is there anything out there i can take/drink/eat that will make me NOT HUNGREY !!

Many times thirst will manifest itself as hunger. So before you reach for a bite, take a drink. Water is key in keeping your hunger in check, and it also helps your body metabloize fat. You also have to ask yourself, if you are eating because you are board? I often feel more "hungry" when I'm not busy. So try and keep yourself busy so you're not tempted to eat.

Also, as you are trying to manage your food consumption, stick to whole foods like fruit and veggies--raw if possible. They will make you feel full with out the calories of junk food. Also eating whole grains and lean protien can help. These things digest slower, so you feel fuller longer. IT might also help to eat 6 smaller meals instead of 3 big ones. This way you are not letting yourself get so starving that you end up eating whatever you can find.

If you are still really hungry at night--or whenever, some really great snack ideas are: 10 baby carrots with some fat-free dip, a half cup of grape or cherry tomatoes, Kashi Go Lean, or TLC Bar, sliced apple, pear or orange, 1/2 cup canned pears or peaches, 1/2 fat-free or low-fat cottage cheese with 5 soda crackers, low-fat cheese stick with 5 soda crackers.

There are many healthy options, you just have to be creative and search them out and make them part of your routine, and you will have sucess! Good luck!

eat food with proteins rather than fats. proteins keep you not hungry longer. Try eating heathy foods like yogurts and granola bars and fruit when you do get hungry. It works for me. Goog luck!

Yes herbalife has really good products that will help with that, it helped my dad stop stuffing his face and he is begging for more products because it works.

You may be dehydrated. Make sure you keep water on hand when you start getting hungry. Also, you can pick up little packs of carrots and other finger veggies at your local grocery store ad I find that they help me out.
My biggest advice is "stay busy". If you keep busy you are less likely to eat.

What you are doing is binge eating.
A lot of people have this problem myself included.
The trick I found is to eat all day! What I mean by that is that you want to eat small meals through out your day. Preferably every three hours or so. Weather you are hungry or not, you want to eat something every few hours.
Also you want to make sure that you eat something within the first half hour of waking up.
All diets work for losing weight, the problem is when you get off the diet then the weight returns. To solve that you need to make a lifestyle change. such as eating every few hours.
