Is it better to eat SOY/LOW-FAT/or FAT FREE overall for weight control?


There's so many options out there...my main purpose is to maintain weight I have lost.I know fruits and veggies and portion control are key,but I mean on items like cheese and occasional sweets or snacks...

yes ive found that low fat does work for me, but if ur gonna eat sweets low fat or other, just take it easy,portion controll,and try to eat it early during the day.

just avoid bread, pastas, and rice. stick to lean proteins, veggies...watch your fruit intake since they contain a lot of sugar. Cheese is ok but only moderate amounts since it contains a lot of saturated fats. good luck

soy products are good, low fat and fat free are fine, but only in moderation since these products tend to have lots of CARBS. watch your carb intake.

Don't go for the fat free, in order to make it tasty they use lots of sugar. Read the labels and stick with the regular stuff, just use it sparingly.
