Natural Products that work for both weight control and arthritis.?

I know it is a long shot, but I am looking for something that is going to help arthritis and weight control, is there anything available in the US for it?

In a single ingredient? Not really. SAMe helps with joint health and mood support, and if people are less depressed/stressed, they tend to have an easier time losing weight... but that's more of an after-effect than an immediate one.

If you're looking for natural products that help with weight control or joint health, feel free to E-mail me and I can make out a list of products... there's too many to list all the information about here.

There are a number of things that can be used for both weight loss as well as helping to alleviate your arthritic symptoms. You may want to try something that will not make you jittery such as Pyruvate Calcium or Choline/Inositol these two both help to boost your metabolism. If you could handle it Hydroxycut works extremely well, some people may not be able to take it due to the fact that it contains caffeine, however they do offer a caffeine free version. Hoodia and Fucoxanthin are good appetite suppressants. Adding exercise of any kind into your daily regimen will help to kick start your weight loss program, as well as your metabolise. Be sure to drink plenty of water, for it helps to keep your body "flushed" of all the toxins that come and go throughout the day. I have taken both with great success. As for the arthritis, you can try some natural anti-inflammatory like boswellia, ginger, turmeric, bromelain, as well as a good solid joint formula. The one I'm currently using has Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MSM plus Type II Collagen. You may also want to look into adding
Essential Fatty Acids into your diet, look for a total EFA complex which will include Omegas 3,6, and 9. The three of these components work synergistically to tackle a number of different symptoms like joint lubrication, cardiovascular health, it even helps in the moisturization of your skin.
Certain types of weight bearing exercise may be beneficial to you as well. Water aerobics would put less stress on your joints and may even help you to build up your muscles quicker.
Hope I could be of some assistance, good luck in your quest.

It is called Prosit, it is from Africa and it is amazing for Arthritis, they have a money back policy, so try it out. Search for: prosit african cures on yahoo or google to get it here in the USA.
