Weight control in ramadan?


Every year i always end up putting on so much weight because i gorge at night time. What is the most sensible way to do this without putting on weight and then not having my body go into starvation mode so i put on weight when I stop?

I really need to lose like 15 to 20 pounds in the next two months for health reasons and I'm worried!

well u cant eat or drink the whole day... so as soon as u break the fast u tend to eat a lot and theres always fried food, rich food u know.. so avoid that.. wen u break the fast keep fresh fruits, water and healthy things so that u fill up on those.. and dont eat a lot of food at a time break it into small protions.. eat every 2 hrs after u break the fast.. and exercise.. u can easily loose 15 pounds in ramadan if u exercise and eat as i have mentioned above... u dont have to kill ur self in the gym.. just walking 30 to 45 mints will do the needfull... and drink lots of water at least 100 ounces... BEST OF LUCK!!!

Eat lots of spinch and salad with your meal.try to stay away from fried foods.sambousa taste good but too much fat.
Drink green tea after your meal.I'm struggling to.good luck

You can loose weight atleast 10% to 12% of your present weight by taking health supplements instead of one time meal or breakfast. Your measurement also will change. i.e. by loosing your excess fat / loose muscle etc. - if you need more details contact the writer.....

Drink lots of water during the day. This will help you fast and help you feel more full.

During dinner, focus on proteins, fruits and vegetables. Some carbs are okay, but don't over indulge on those. Indulging on fruits and vegetables is healthier and less likely to add pounds.

When Ramadan is over, start out eating small healthy meals during the day and add food gradually each day.

Focus on eating healthy. It's about quality, not quantity.
