Healthy Weight Control?

Hello
I am 26 years old male.
I am watching my weight for a year ago.
Recently I noticed vacillation in my weight. Could you please advise wether it is normal or I need medical help ???
Below is a traceable list of my weight.
Where marked, I feel stressed for this weight fluctuation and instability.
11/11/2006 78.7k
15/12/2006 79.7kg
25/04/2007 80.9kg (5 days after 3 months working out at Gym)
7/05/2007 83.2kg
29/06/2007 85.5kg(stressed with appitite problems)
30/06/2007 84.8kg(stressed with appitite problems)
4/07/2007 85.6kg(stressed with appitite problems)
10/7/2007 84.4kg(stressed with appitite problems)

PLease advise
I am suffering from a poor appitite; it's not poor actually, but not like before. Though I am eating very well and the same quantities. Will poor appitite lead to weight loss even if eating big meals???

Thnx

You may want to have an appointment with your doctor. Your doctor may know something in your system that maybe your metabolism is off. I'm sorry that I could not be more of help. Everyone have a problem with their body.

Try these
1) Eat 5 to 6 times a day.
2) Eat lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs
(low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein.)
3) Reduce sugar intake and simple carbs. They make
you hungry fast.Cut junk food .
4) Take 2 to 3 cups of low fat milk, cheese, yoghurt.
5) Exercise

If you are doing weights, you can gain weight because of muscle build-up, but no prob, you will lose fats and stay lean.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and an hour brisk walk every weekday morning.
And I am still at 108 lbs since I lost 31 lbs one year ago.

More details in my blog.
