I need sum help ..wat are vitamins i can take that can help me control my weight and loose sum...?


well im kind of over weight and i want 2be healther but idont eat healthy.....so wat are sum good vitamins pill i can take 2 loose wieght and control it because iwas thinking of diet pills but i read it was bad...so imma do it the old way...............so if u can pleaze helpme by telling me watare sum good vitamins pill 2help me loose wieght and control it......thanx iweight 184 and i am 5,5

There are Weight Control One A Day vitamins. I used to take them to get some vitamins that I wasn't getting in my diet. You should consult your doctor since you are a teenager. But you already acknowledge you need to lose weight the old fashion way. This means you have to eat healthier and less, and exercise a lot more. Just don't be be discouraged when you don't lose weight as quickly as you want. Don't expect drastic changes in a few weeks. Good luck!

There's nothing you can ingest that will make you lose weight. You need to eat less and be more active. And learn how to write.

There r no vitamins as a substitute for nourishing food. Eat good nourishing food at a slow pace, chewing each morsel 32 times or more. Take regular light exercises and brisk walks. Ur weight will become normal in due course and that too without pain and/or side effects generally associated with crash diets for weight reduction.

Take it from someone who has been on the diet roller coaster for years. There are no pills you can take to lose weight. The only thing that works is diet and excercise. However, it's not as hard as you would think. It only takes a very small change in your lifestyle.
Losing weight rapidly causes a reaction in your body and brain called "starvation reaction". This, unfortunately, is something left over from when we were cavemen. Rapid weight loss causes your body & brain to over compensate and put more weight back on. You'll find that most obese people got that way from dieting.
Instead, you need to lose weight at a slow enough pace as to not trigger the starvation reaction. Ideally, you don't want to lose more than one pound per week.
It's quite simple... The secret is portions, portions, portions.
Eat all the same foods you like to eat, but eat a little less than you usually do. Never, never, never go for "seconds".
If you are still hungry, eat more green vegetables.
You can eat deserts, but smaller portions than you used to. After a while, you'll find you will get full with less food.
Drink lots of water every day.
Excercise a bit more. Again, everything in moderation. Do just a bit more excercise than you used to. Go for a walk. Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
As for vitamins, there aren't any that work. However, you should take something that will increase your metabolism. Spicy foods do the trick just nicely. Anything that has hot peppers in it will increase your body's metabolism and cause it to burn off fat faster. Again, everything in moderation.

The best and most healthy way to lose weight is not a quick fix. You don't tend to keep it off. Lower the amount of calories you eat every day. Take Apple Cider Vinegar tablets and drink aroun 3/4 to a full gallon of water a day. Sounds simple but it will help.
