Are you interested in learning about a nutrition program to lose/control your weight with your favorite foods?


The program allows you to either lose or control your weight without giving up your favorite foods you like and without leaving you hungry. Millions worldwide have shared results, it's so much simpler than slimfast.

I dont know what your program is, but I gave up my favourite foods and I'm really glad I did!

I've gone from size 10-12 down to a size 6-7, and that's only by switching from white bread to wholegrain, low fat milk, eating much more fresh fruit and veges and meat, nuts and lots more water. I cut out all crap from my diet. NO sugar at all! Oh, I exercise a lot more too. I walk 3 times a week, (for an hour or more) ,plus I go to the gym, and I do tae bo, and have a fitball where i work out for an hour about twice a week. It boils down to changing your attitude. Exercise isn't a chore anymore, I just love it!

I'd be interested in seeing your nutrition program, just out of curiosity!

diets dont do it baby!!!!!!!!!! whats wrong with you people!!!!!
if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.
