Has anybody gone to a Weight Control Center where they recommend a "6 hour diet"? |
What do you think about it? Do you recommend it? My sister is going there and she got a shot and she is supposed to go every week. She also needs to take some pills. One orange one every morning, a peach one every other day, a white one in the afternoon and a green and red one after the heaviest meal. They also want you to drink 64 oz of water everyday. I tried looking online but I couldn't find anything on this. My cousin lost 60 lbs in the last year so that's what has my sister motivated to do this but all I want to know if this is safe and does anybody have any information on it? The "6 hour Diet" means you can only eat every 6 hours because this is the time when you are "burning fat". You are allowed to drink water during this time Why is everybody so damned LAZY? You want a great body, you WORK AT IT! Does your sister know the long term effects of this shot? I've never heard of such a thing! Watch Rocky. Hit some beef. Work. Sweat....naturally! What is this world coming to? I wonder if the pills are placebos. how can you loose weight in 6 hours? i think the pills are making her loose the weight. i don't think it's worth going. I did. That is very unhealthy Nop. But doesnt sound too good. |
