Does anyone know the three components to a sound weight control program?


If you can answer this I will give you the best answer. Need this for a merit badge for boy scouts. Thx

I only know two:

eat less

do more

I don't know if this is official, but this is what I use.

Whole Grains- No bleached flour or wheat.
No Hydrogenated Oils- This includes margarine
5 Servings of fruits or Vegetables- vegetables before a meal, fruit after.
2 hours of rigorous exercise per day. Sundays are rest days.
