I want remedies and precaution for cold allergy?

i have an cold allergic of fruits, milk, pollution, cold water and etc.
please provide me a remedies and precautions

The course of treatment could be:

1. Take bath in warm water throughout the year.

2. Devote 20 minutes in doing Pranayam: Bhastrika, Omkar, Brahamri, Kapalbhati, Lom Vilom

3. Use face mask in highly polluted areas.

4. Go for a morning walk to inhale crystalline pure oxygen.

5. Avoid humid atmosphere.

First two steps would give you wonderful results. Do it day in and day out.

haha not sure whether this will help or not as allergic is due to autoimmune reactions and everybody should be treated differently :) some people recommended garlic pills. if you are interested in aromatherapy, try essestial oil such as eucalyptus, orange or tea tree. boil some water, put in a basin and drop some concentrated essential oils n inhale the vapours. sometimes chamomiles tea could work too!! most importantly, boost your immune system. :)

You may start doing Pranayam. This is the best method for permanent solution of your problem. You can see Astha channel from 6-8am everyday. For details you can also contact Patanjali Yoga centre at Haridwar. This is fantastic. I and my mother got unique results.
