I have 1 wart on my genitals(ball sac), Is this considered genital warts???

I didnt know if having "Genital warts" and just simply having 1 wart is different or the same? I have had this one wart for a year and it is embarrasing and I have read that genital warts are extremely contagious..Should I use the same caution with this single wart I've had for a while. Also, I just attempted to cut it off. Im pretty sure I didnt successfully remove it but I did it to minimize the size to allow further efforts to take affect quicker (drug treatment). Please, serious input: Contagious, same as "genital warts", further removal methods???

If you only have one on your scrotum it most likely isn't warts... it's probably a cyst... a lot of guys get these it's basically an hair or oil folicle or a build up of cells. They are easily removed and Genital Warts can be ruled out with a blood test. You really should go see a doctor. The best one to see for this sort of thing is a urologist. They specialize in urinary systems and male reproductive organs. I work for a urologist and we had a patient come in with what it sounds like you might have and the doctor excised it (took it off) right there in the office... it was quick and easy. It required 2 stiches and that was pretty much it. If you have ANY questions that it might be warts you SHOULD NOT HAVE unprotected sex until it has been diagnosed and you've talked to a doctor.

Don't try to remove it yourself... you never know if you'll hit a blood vessle and cause some bleeding or hit a nerve that might alter sensation...

Don't panic just go see a doc and ask him about your concerns.... in general warts appear on the penis as well as the scrotum....

doctorrrrrr.

Buy over the counter wart remover, guaranteed it will be gone.

genitalia warts is poor to identify on shape and it might get bigger, it only like 'hanging' and the connection to the skin is very little.. but you are not suppose to cut it yourself, you might infect it with germs and you will start to get abcess (collection of pus). it is infectious because of the HPV infection and not the walts itself. you can try to seek treatment from a doctor and they will attempt to cut it using laser....

yes it have them to

your scrotum is part of your genitalia, so yes it is a genital wart, it was not very smart trying to cut the wart off yourself, you can develop serious infection or damage yourself in other ways, seek medical help, their are wart removal medication that your Dr. can prescribe.

go to the doctor right away don't collect $200 or anything would it be more embarrassing to pass out from the infection or to walk in to see the doctor
