Air walkers are they any good?

Air walkers are they any good?

Yes, as long as you use it. Anything which raises your heart rate and makes you sweat is good exercise. e.g. walking, making love, watching a scary movie, etc

Air walkers, although they have the disadvantage of taking up lots of room, are good because you can walk in the comfort of your own house.

No!!!! My wife bought one for about 拢100 and it sat in our back bedroom for 5 years virtually untouched. I recently sold it on ebay for 拢5. They are massive heavy things which take up loads of room.

What makes things worse is the fact that I broke my big toe when I originally built it for her (I dropped on of the steel arms on my foot and didn't have shoes on).

No ...no good at all ...although I did a chick who was a moon walker once ......or was it twice.
She said she was related to Luke Skywalker.

yes i think they are good brought one only cost around 拢70 and i love it it gives you an all over body workout and if you have a walkman mp3 you can choose different pace of songs i have been doing the air walker for a week and have lost 3lb and i can also feel my stomach muscles getting toned and legs and i you don't have confidence to go out walking or to gym its a good way to get fit yes they do take up a bit of room but as long as you use it and not use it as a clothes horse but i would really recommend it i have brought the nordic airwalker and i have not look back hope this helps
