What parts of the body to air walkers work? |
I bought a carl lewis air walker and i just wonder what parts of the body it works and how long should i use it for if i use it every day also how long till i notice the effects? The parts of the body it works are as follows: It works your legs, arms, bum and back at the very least! I was recommended this by my back specialist as a good non impact exercise for strenghtening muscles. i can't do as much as perhaps you can but you should start to see the difference in quite a small space of time if you use it long enuf and regular enuf. |
