What parts of the body to air walkers work?

I bought a carl lewis air walker and i just wonder what parts of the body it works and how long should i use it for if i use it every day also how long till i notice the effects?

The parts of the body it works are as follows:
Biceps
Triceps
Shoulders
Back
Chest
Core muscles
Glutes (bum)
Thighs
Calf's
Quite a long list and covers majority of the major muscle groups depending on how you use it. If you concentrate on pulling the handles more then you will focus more on the biceps and back. If you push more with the arms then it will focus more on the triceps and chest. Mix it up a little to get the best results there.
It is a good machine for an all over workout but you can't rely on one machine or form of exercise alone. The body will get use to it and the changes in your body will become less and less. Mix it up with classes, swimming, jogging or cycling to get better results.
When using it use it for 20 minutes to start with and increase the time as you get fitter. As long as every time you get off it you are sweaty and have pushed yourself then you know you will benefit from it.
Noticing the effects is different for everyone and also depends on what you eat. If you are eating healthily then you can expect to see a change after approx. 6 weeks of hard work.
I hope this has been of some help and good luck with it.

It works your legs, arms, bum and back at the very least! I was recommended this by my back specialist as a good non impact exercise for strenghtening muscles. i can't do as much as perhaps you can but you should start to see the difference in quite a small space of time if you use it long enuf and regular enuf.
