Walkers: I have a few questions? |
I recently started walking because I enjoy excersize, but don't always have time to gear up to do something more intense like running, biking or rowing. My adverage speed is about 3.5 mph and I usually walk 50 minutes at lunch and anywhere from and 1 hour to 1.75 hrs when after work if I can fit it in. I feel great and have lost a few pounds -- I wouldn't mind losing a couple more.. -- and toned up a little (I also strength train w/ free weights and callesthetics). 1. Every day it's not raining, after dinner. I walk about 4.5 MPH. a few times a week, 45-1 hour or so |

I hadn't really thought about it till I read your running/higher level of walking, different exercise, etc. comment. I agree that walking and ... in there sleep they are not seeing reality and so it you touch them or try to disturb then in anyway they will not see you for who you are they could think you are a monster of an enemy. he could t... so they don't scuff floors, i think... ... |
