Is it nomal for sleep walkers to?

to somewhat remember sleepwalking and what causes sleepwalking.

Sleep walking, or somnambulism is the state of mind where the body is able to control to a degree its physical state whilst asleep.
Usually, after we fall asleep we enter a small period of sleep paralysis, after this, we are free to move as we please.

Sleep walking is healthy as long as we don't do anything unhealthy, (sleep eating, hitting people, walking out in the street)

To remember what we do is part of our mind trying to rationalize a period of time where we were not aware of our surroundings or in direct control of our actions.

yeah sounds normal to me

no its not possible that sleepwalkers can remember they were sleepwalking because they still sleep.

it could happen. this is similar to when we talk in our sleep or dream. sometimes you dont remember anything and then something happens or somebody says something and it all comes back. i have no experience in sleepwalking (i think!!) however during her sleep, my sister in law will answer anything asked of her and also narrate what she is dreaming without any problems.

I somewhat remember sleep walking sometimes. Its wierd. I asked a docotr once if there was anything you could do about sleepwalking and she said not really she said to try retraints when you go to sleep. I am always so tired after that night of sleepwalking since your body is not really sleeping. I talk a lot in my sleep to mainly jibberish.

I occassionally sleepwalk but have never known I have done it only know because people have told me or i've woken up and wondered where I was!!!!
