Thinking of getting an air walker?

I am thinking of getting an air walker, i was first leaning towards a manual treadmill but then i came across the air walker and also i have read that it burns more calories than you do when walking, and its an all body workout. Just want to know if it is that good?

dont bother!
mine was used for hanging clothes off in the end!
i used it once

may the force be with you

Machines r good provided u workout on them.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day with nothing, except water, in between. Take plenty of uncooked food, vegetables and fruits, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel 32 times to activate ur body system to signal hunger and fullness.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve much more than what u r planning to do and that too in a reasonable period. Do not be in a hurry.

hi, i am in the same dilemma is well, should i buy a manual treadmill or go for an air walker. I think that the air walker gives you a better workout all together than the treadmill, and looks more fun to do.
