Morning Walker effective or not?


Has anyone ever used the morning walker equipment? Is it effective?

u need no equipment for morning walk or any other aerobic workouts , the best time to burn extra fats in your body , to increase inner organs activities , to stimulate your health in working mentaly and physicaly .

MORNING WALK IN THE MEADOWS ARE VERY GOOD FOR HEALTH. AT THAT TIME THE POLLUTION CONTEND IN THE AIR REDUCES.YOU GET VERY FRESH AIR AND YOU ARE EXPOSED TO THAT ATMOSPHERE. ENJOY. THE COOL BREEZE WELCOMES YOU IN THIS TIME.
NO EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED. GO FOR JOGGING AT LEAST FOR 10 KILO METERS A DAY. YOU WILL IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH AND YOU BECOME AN ATTRACTIVE PERSON.YOU FEEL HAPPY AND CONTENT IN LIFE.
