What is a morning walker?? |
If anyone has heard of morning walker...the makers of this gadget claim that it gives the effect similar to that of a brisk walk for 3 kms or 10,000 steps in 15 minutes...Its endorsed by the Indian medical association...Is it really effective??? they further claim that people tend to loose 2 to 3 kgs in a month as it is as gud as walking....is it worth a try ..please help me take a decision to buy or not buy it. it will help yes it's effective. walking can do you real good. It's that little lizard on the discovery channel that runs very fast in the hot sand. Sounds a little quirky to me and I am pretty up on these things. I wouldn't buy it. Your best bet is to just go on the walks for exercise and weight control. |
