Treadmill, air walker or rowing machine, which is best?


I want to tone up my butt and thighs. Also get rid of some belly fat. Which machine would be best at doing this? Also if I do get a treadmill it will be a manual.

Elliptical is the BEST!!! Manual treadmills SUCK!! Don't waste your money on it.

A rowing ergometer! Butt, thighs, upper arms will have a great work out. Besides the coming forward motion supresses your tummy each time....advantage +++++

treadmill works great for me... however i agree.. elliptical is awesome!

I have an elliptical. Get it all toned up without the shin splints and it's easier on the joints.

Scwinn Air-Dyne, like a stationary bike, but 'way cool - no impact, burns it right off. Their, like $750.00, but they do work.

Running is free, as is squatting and aerobics, and crunches. Save money, get in shape, and reward yourself by doing so when it happens with some nice present to yourself with a portion of the money you would have used on the machine

Treadmill. walking is the best exercise for all the areas you just mentioned. It's also great for lowering cholesterol levels.
