Hershel walker? what did he do in his workouts?


i heard he never weightlift in his life. i heard he would do 1000 pushups a day n 1000 situps a day as well but what would he do for other body parst such as legs,lats, back?

Doing pull-ups will help with the lats and bicepts
Standing squat without weight helps legs and back
Running up and down stadium stairs also helps legs and back as well but more in endurance term.
