How did herschel walker get so big by just doing pushups, dips and pull-ups? |
I heard that this guy never touched a weight in his life. Then how did he get so big? There are some people who say he had great genetics, but cmon, even if he did, he would still have to a have a proper training routine to get strong and be a good football player. Even gifted people have to work hard. Resistance training is training the muscle through any form of resistance. It only takes a little bit of history to see that the current trend of lifting weights and gulping supplements isn't the only way to get big.
