How much useful morning walker in high blood pressure and diabetes?

Walking is very good medicine for these ailments. Check your BGL before you walk and then walk for at least 60 minutes. As soon as you return check your BGL again and you will be super surprised!

proper diet and walking or exercise is good for the diabetes, relaxation, keeping away from stress is good to help lower blood pressure.

I have checked. In 15 minutes of excessive on it, 8 mg/dl blood sugar drops. It also helps blood pressure.

Much useful. Could it hurt?

Taking a walk, I mean a BRISK walk, increases your heart rate and dilates your arteriole. The bottom line is the increase of blood circulation because of the increased demand of blood supply for the contracting muscles. The good thing is that all other organs such as brain, kidneys, liver, heart, lung, and hormonal glands, including pancreas also receive more blood supply during this brisk walk.
Indirectly through increased blood circulation, more insulin is produced and transported from pancreas to other parts of the body and muscles in particular. So more insulin reaches muscle cells,
Furthermore, exercise enhances the sensitivity of the insulin receptors on muscle cell membranes, and this encourage the transportation of glucose from the blood stream into the muscle cells. That's why the blood glucose level drops after an exercise.
During exercise, the blood pressure rises; fifteen minutes after the exercise, however, the blood pressure drops and becomes lower than before the exercise being started. Why? Because the arterioles remain dilated.
In conclusion, brisk walk is good for both high blood pressure and diabetes.

Today every one wants short cut. Why not go for brisk walk in the morning for 30 minutes daily. See the changes within oe month.
