Has anyone ever tried to give up eating crisps ??

I mean and not cheating if offered - 'prawn or thai crackers given away free with a chinese takeaway are ok though'. Its the out and out deletion of crisps - the going to the cupboard and opening a pack of either walkers or golden wonder or possibly smiths. Thirty odd years of maybe eating average 2 packs a day.

Well, I haven't seen Golden Wonder much for years. That made it easier to give up because I don't like Walkers so much and I wasn't eating so many packets as I used to eat long ago when Golden Wonder was readily available. I've recently given up completely, but.......... I've been eating more chocolate as a result! Good luck!

Yes, to no avail.
Once you open a container of crisps, it just seems to empty of it's own accord. Nothing can be done about it.
