Does the gadget "Morning Walker" actually work as advertised? |
15 minutes use morning and evening is supposed to give you exercise equivalent to 10,000 steps; does it really when you are just lying down and your body is being agitated sideways and up and down by a machine? Walking is a very good habit for sound and good health. I hails from a Village. Now I am at 53. I always remember how I walked, played games, swimming in a canal water, etc,,Now in City busy life, morning walk gives cent percent ease for body. One can be agile, and active through out the day. nothing can substitute a real MORNING WALK!!! |
