Difference between vulvodynia, vulvar vestibulitis and vestibulodynia?

Dynia is pain. -itis is inflammation. Vulvo is the external female genital organs..the clitoris, vaginal lips and the opening. Vestibule is various bodily cavities leading to another cavity like the ear or vagina. Can you figure out the connections of the words above? I'll let you figure it out. Someone can have vestibulitis with vulvodynia.
