A friend and I both have trouble with sensitive skin.

It helped me a lot just to switch to a really gentle soap (Dove) and non-perfumed detergent along with no dryer sheets.

She uses only natural (I think all cotton - she gets them at a natural foods store) tampons and pads.

I have used plain (not vanilla - PLAIN) yougurt for yeast infections - which helps rebalance things.
