Any women ever had vulvar dysplasia?

I had it removed a couple of months ago, but I am scared of cancer.I am only 31 and my doctor said it was rare. Anyone had it removed and not had it return? I also have tiny "lump" at the incision site is that normal, will it go away?

the lump is probably a scar. In order to know the abscence of cancer maintain follow up examinations, report any bleeding asap etc, good luck
