I have had a yeast infection for at least a couple of years. I just never got around to seeing a doctor. But now, I have more sympton's. I have had pain in my stomach area and now I just feel tired and I don't have any energy. I feel like I may have scratched myself to death. I finally went to the doctor a couple of weeks ago, and she suggested Vulvar Cancer but I haven't had sex yet. What else could it be?
Thanks for any help I sincerely doubt it. A biopsy will be needed to make that diagnosis. Get another opinion.
Good luck! I don't know, but I wouldn't be relying on Y!A for a question like that. Get back to the doctor. Untreated yeast infections can go away on their own, especially with the onset of your period, due to the hormone and pH changes.
Tired and no energy sounds like a Thyroid issue or depression.
Pain in your stomach could and all the scratching you've done, well if your hands weren't clean you could have introduced bacteria into that area. Vulvar Cancer wouldn't necessarily have anything to do with having sex or not....cervical cancer yes, but not Vulvar Cancer. Get a second opinion.
